Well I was wrong…

Big wrong on the last post. Moisture has returned with a vengence to the area. We’re in a moderate risk for a tornado outbreak. Temperatures are currently in the mid 80s with dewpoints in the middle 60s.

Tornado watch 791 is in effect until 11 PM for me.

Cool week

Looks like we got a cool week coming up. Today’ll be the exception; supposed to be in the 70s but Tuesday’s gonna be in the 50s. A pretty impressive drop.

It’ll start warming back up towards the end of the week though, 70s returning by Friday. Thunderstorms are in the forecast for Thursday and Friday, with the GFS showing a 995 Low pressure system in the area. I do not think we’ll get severe weather though; the air’s pretty much stripped of moisture after the cold front going through.
